Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Products sold directly through RicardoJPosada.com may be shipped by Ricardo J. Posada or fulfilled and shipped by an approved supplier or fulfillment partner on behalf of Ricardo J. Posada.

Because products may originate from different fulfillment locations, items within the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing and shipping times vary by product. Personalized, embroidered, made-to-order, special-order, and supplier-fulfilled merchandise may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

If a shipment appears damaged in transit, customers should retain the item, original packaging, and shipping materials and contact Ricardo J. Posada promptly.

Mail-In Embroidery

Mail-in embroidery is available for approved projects.

Customers should first submit an Embroidery Request with photographs of the item. Do not ship an item to the studio until the project has been reviewed and accepted.

Where shipping is required, Ricardo J. Posada may provide a shipping rate or flat-rate shipping option based on the project, destination, package requirements, and available carrier services.

Shipping instructions and, where applicable, an inbound shipping label will be provided after the project has been accepted.

Unless another return address is provided and confirmed, the completed item will be returned to the shipping address supplied with the embroidery request.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for packaging items appropriately for shipment. Original manufacturer packaging, garment bags, sentimental packaging, or other materials should not be sent unless necessary for the project or their return has been specifically requested.

Georgetown Drop-Off & Pickup

Approved projects may be dropped off and picked up at the Georgetown studio by appointment only.

The exact studio location is provided after the project has been accepted and arrangements have been confirmed.

Items should not be left at the studio without a confirmed appointment.

Terms of Use & Terms of Sale

RicardoJPosada.com is provided for informational, portfolio, commercial, retail, and promotional purposes.

By accessing this website or purchasing products or services directly from Ricardo J. Posada, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented during checkout, on an invoice, proposal, product page, quote, embroidery approval, or service agreement.

Submitted Artwork & Logos

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to reproduce logos, artwork, trademarks, copyrighted material, photographs, illustrations, or other intellectual property submitted for embroidery or reproduction.

Submission of artwork does not guarantee that it is technically suitable for embroidery.

Artwork may require simplification, modification, resizing, or digitization before it can be stitched.

Custom Embroidery & Services

Submitting an Embroidery Request or other inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

Projects remain subject to availability, technical feasibility, material suitability, scheduling, project scope, and approval.

Ricardo J. Posada reserves the right to decline a project before acceptance.

A quote or estimated price does not constitute a confirmed booking unless the project has been expressly accepted and any required approval or payment has been completed.

Embroidery placement and size may occasionally need to be adjusted because of seams, pockets, zippers, linings, garment construction, hooping limitations, or other technical considerations. Any material changes will be discussed before stitching whenever reasonably possible.

Custom & Personalized Work

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, embroidered, digitized, and made-to-order work is generally final sale as described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Once materials have been ordered, digitization or design work has begun, or embroidery or production has commenced, a project may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Where a customer approves a proof, spelling, monogram arrangement, design, placement, scale, color, or other customization, that approval is considered final.

Minor variations in thread color, material color, embroidery placement, dimensions, texture, or appearance may occur because of materials, manufacturing variations, photography, screens, and the nature of embroidery and handmade work.

Customer-Supplied Items

Embroidery involves handling, hooping, stabilizing, stitching, trimming, pressing, and other processes that permanently alter an item.

Every reasonable effort is made to evaluate and protect customer-supplied garments and textiles. Certain materials, seams, finishes, coatings, linings, construction methods, or pre-existing wear may increase the risk of marking, puckering, needle holes, fabric damage, or other changes.

Submission of an Embroidery Request does not mean that a project has been accepted. Customer-supplied items should not be shipped or dropped off until the project has been reviewed and approved.

Live Embroidery Events

Live embroidery events are subject to availability, venue requirements, item suitability, production capacity, electrical access, timing, and project scope.

Samples of event garments or textiles may be requested before a booking is confirmed.

Event quotes, invoices, proposals, or agreements may contain additional terms relating to deposits, cancellations, travel, production limits, setup, venue access, or other event-specific requirements.

Where an event-specific written agreement conflicts with these general website policies, the event agreement will control for that event.

Products & Availability

Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, materials, availability, and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, materials, and the customer’s screen or device.

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Availability may therefore change without notice.

Products and prices may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Ricardo J. Posada reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information, or other inaccuracies and, where necessary, cancel an affected transaction and issue any refund required by applicable law.
