How It Works
1. Event Inquiry
Share the event date, location, expected guest count, items to be embroidered, and the type of experience you would like to offer.
2. Curated Embroidery Menu
A simple embroidery menu is created in advance with approved designs, fonts, thread colors, and placement options.
3. On-Site Embroidery
Ricardo arrives with the embroidery machine, thread, supplies, and setup needed for the event.
4. Personalized Guest Experience
Guests select their embroidery option, and each item is embroidered individually during the event.

$1,500
Includes up to 4 hours of live embroidery on-site.

Additional Event Time
$300 per hour
Additional notes:
Custom digitizing, travel outside Washington, D.C., unusually complex designs, or high-volume activations may be quoted separately.
Total output depends on item type, design complexity, placement, and guest flow. Live embroidery is completed one piece at a time to maintain quality and presentation.
