Guests choose from a curated menu of initials, monograms, names, small motifs, or approved artwork, with each piece embroidered individually on site.
Fonts, thread colors, placements, and designs are selected in advance to keep the experience polished, efficient, and easy for guests.

Event Pricing
Local Half-Day Activation
$1,500
Up to 4 hours of live embroidery in the Washington, D.C. area.
Includes pre-event planning, a curated embroidery menu, thread and placement guidance, equipment setup, supplies, and live embroidery throughout the contracted event window.
Additional event time: $300/hour
Travel outside Washington, D.C., custom digitizing, unusually complex artwork, or high-volume activations may be quoted separately.

Share the date, location, guest count, products, and the type of experience you have in mind.
02 — We Create the Menu
I prepare a curated selection of fonts, designs, thread colors, and placement options suited to your event.
03 — Live Embroidery
I arrive with the machine and supplies, and guests select their personalization while each piece is embroidered on site.

Structured hats, thick leather, heavy seams, highly stretchy fabrics, and difficult-to-access areas are generally not suitable for live embroidery. Samples may be requested for delicate or unusual materials.
