Please note: Submission of this form does not confirm a booking. All projects are reviewed for embroidery suitability before acceptance. Pricing and timing will be confirmed before any work begins. Quotes are complimentary.

Customer-supplied items
Embroidery involves permanently stitching into the item. While every piece is handled with care, the suitability of customer-supplied garments and textiles must be assessed before work is accepted.

Shipping & drop-off
Please do not ship or drop off an item until your request has been reviewed and accepted. If shipping is required, instructions and any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed before you send your item.

Artwork & designs
By submitting artwork, logos, monograms, or other designs, you confirm that you have permission to use them for the requested embroidery.
